For over 65 years, Hengst has been developing oil filter housings for original equipment that impress with their quality and innovation. We are now also bringing this experience to the Independent Aftermarket: our new oil filter modules combine modern technology with high reliability and offer workshops an efficient complete solution.
 
An oil filter module is much more than just a component – it is the centerpiece of the oil management system in the engine. In addition to pure filtration, it performs numerous other tasks, such as temperature and pressure control or oil and cooling water supply. These multifunctional components are indispensable for ensuring the performance and service life of modern engines.
 
But what happens if an oil filter module fails? Even small defects can have serious consequences, from increased fuel consumption to expensive engine damage. This is precisely where the new oil filter modules from Hengst provide a solution. Not only do they feature the reliability our customers have come to expect, but their well-thought-out design and pre-assembled components also make work in the workshop easier.
 
Each module is supplied as a complete solution – with a high-quality filter element, an oil cooler if required, and all the necessary sensors. This saves time, reduces sources of error, and ensures a sustainable repair. Our aluminum and plastic housings are manufactured using the latest processes and thoroughly tested to ensure that they can withstand even the harshest conditions.

Hengst receives Zero Failures Award from Volkswagen do Brasil

The Hengst plant in Joinville, Brazil, has been honored by Volkswagen do Brasil with the Zero Failures Award (Zero Falha) for suppliers. This prize is based on the flawless performance of the AS378M blow-by oil mist separator, which is used in Volkswagen's EA211 TSI engines. The product met the highest standards of quality and reliability throughout the entire year.
