Hengst expands off-highway portfolio

by 50 percent

Off-Highway_Beitrag_März_2024

Following the very successful Agritechnica in Hanover in November 2023, we once again presented our extensive range for the agricultural and construction machinery sector at the AGRAR Business Days (in German: AGRAR Unternehmertage) this February.

In recent years, we have been able to expand our product portfolio for off-highway applications by more than 50 percent. In figures, this means a jump from 800 to over 1,200 items. This expansion of the product range and the continuous processing of our vehicle data also changes the number of referenced vehicles and the associated filter applications. We currently have 35,700 vehicle data and 144,000 filter applications for the off-highway sector in our online catalog. If that isn't smart!

Of course, the topic of off-highway is also at the top of our agenda this year. Would you like to talk to us in person about our off-highway portfolio and find out more about our off-highway products?

Visit us at the following trade fairs, we look forward to seeing you there!

  • Automechanika, Frankfurt (Germany): 09/10 - 09/14/2024
  • Agritech Summit, Augsburg (Germany): 09/11 - 09/12/2024
  • Parts und Service World, Kassel (Germany): 10/25 - 10/27/2024
  • EIMA, Bologna (Italy): 11/06 - 11/10/2024

Original equipment: Fuel filters for

Deutz engines

E401KP_März

The H472K and H473K fuel filter system developed by Hengst for the Deutz TCD 4.1 and TCD 6.1 Agri engines integrates water separation as well as the use of a water measurement sensor and a pressure and temperature sensor. Protection against starting the engine without a filter element is also provided. The fuel modules are the patented Energetic® fuel filter system.

These systems are optionally installed in the Fendt tractor series: 300 Vario, 500 Vario, 700 Vario and 800 Vario. These modules are also used in the Deutz series: Series 6 Agrotron/Agrotron TTV, Series 7 Agrotron TTV and Series 8 Agrotron TTV.

The Hengst E401KP D142 filter element is used in both fuel filter systems.

Although the E401KP D142 is visually similar to our recently introduced E400KP D142, it is a different filter element. Alternative use of the elements is not permitted. The correct assignment of the filter inserts to the vehicles and the parts used can be found in our online catalog.

AGRAR Business Days in Münster

We were there for the second time since 2022: the AGRAR Business Days (in German: AGRAR Unternehmertage) in Münster, Germany.

For us as a Münster-based company, the leading regional trade fair for agriculture in the hall of Münster was a special visit. "The AGRAR Unternehmertage was a real home game for Hengst," says Jörg Weber, Key Account Manager Off-Highway: "Agricultural technology is an important industry for us and this event gave us the opportunity to present our filtration solutions to farmers and contractors."

Would you like to see insights from the trade fair? Then visit us in the HENGST.garage and take a look at our colleague Christopher's great tour of the trade fair.
